Why are you on hiatus?

How does it work?

Simple. It is a subscription service so you sign up and decide to pay monthly or weekly. When you first sign up we charge your credit card for one month or week, depending on what you chose, and send your first box right away - so you get 3 months of clothes for only one month or week of payment. 
From there your credit card will be charged each month or week, depending on what you chose, until you cancel and your box will be sent every three months - one for autumn, winter, spring and summer.
 

I still don't get it...

Let's try explaining another way:

  1. Join up, make one payment (weekly or monthly).

  2. Get a box of clothes right away.

  3. Automated weekly or monthly payments continue.

  4. Get another box next season (in 3 months).

  5. No contracts. Cancel any time!

How much do I get in a box?

All boxes are styled with a total retail value of clothes equal to or greater than 3 Months of your sub payments. Our stylists have a retail value target for each box based on what subscription you choose that is exactly 3 months worth of subscription payments. Simple!

What ages do you fit?

Currently 0-7 year olds. If you have a kid older than this, tell us here and we'll see what we can do.
 

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is FREE. It's all part of the service. We ship within New Zealand with Courier Post and we update you when your box is packed, has left our warehouse, and has left NZ Couriers on it's way to your house. Basically you just sit back and try not to get too excited while you wait for delivery.
 

What if I don't like something you send?

We have free, unlimited returns and exchanges.

Any item you want to exchange will be replaced with an item of approximately equal value. Pretty straight forward!

What if I get the wrong size?

Free, unlimited returns and exchanges for any reason, including size. Wowzer!

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

In Auckland, New Zealand.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are going to be shipping to Australia and the UK within the next 12 months, stay tuned.
